355 ml can. Pours a bright gold with lots of carbonation. Aromas of fresh cut apples and perfumey oak. Flavors of woody oak, earthy grapes and dried apples. The oak overwhelms and doesn’t improve or complement the base cider.

Poured from the tap. Clear pale gold with minimal white head. Lots of oak and vanilla with cooked sweet apple. This is like if Innis & Gunn made a cider. A bit gimmicky, but tastes good.

Draught @ Soma. Big vanilla on the nose. On the palate the vanilla is more subtle.

Smells of heavy oak with strong vanilla, has weak clear yellow body of no distinction. Flavour is heavy cloying oak, very soft apple. Mouthfeel is incredibly cloying. More needs to be done with the oak, it just overpowers everything else.

On tap at Soma, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle toasted oak, with crisp apple skins. Flavour reveals vanilla, a hint of bourbon, and oak. Crisp and oaky, with a vanilla finish. Solid stuff.

Vanilla, wood, baking spice and cooked apple. Clear gold. Lots of oak notes and some cooked apple with a reasonably dry finish. Considering what it is, it isn't that bad.
