500mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out brett upfront, with dark red fruits, and a touch of oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with tons of brett yeast, dark red fruits, and oak. Lots of brett, red wine barrels, and oak. Nice construction, with a balsamic, red fruity finish. Very good.

In mouth, sweet chocolate malt with loads of maraschino cherries, light vanilla, light brett, wooden notes, very nice and complex. On tap at brewery. Sept 2018.
