17.08.2013, cask @ Angleterre:
Nice creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly neutral, winegum, cardboard, hay, grass, dried fruits. Taste is kind of harsh boozy even though it’s only 5,5%, grass, cardboard, winegum, hay, alcohol, bark, dried fruits. Longlasting harsh bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Awfull!!

(Cask at Kitty’s, 20130625) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small, long lasting and white. Aroma had fruitiness, sweetness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, malts, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A good clean beer showing the English hop characteristics.

Bottle from Stirchley Wines and Spirits, Birmingham. Weak, but slightly fruity aroma. The flavour is very strong bitter, malty with a hint of honey. The first mouthful was a shock. A flavour explosion I guess, but it rapidly grew on me.

Cask @ Salhojankadun Pub
Aroma is rather typical to a real ales. It is leathery with peach, apricot, some hay and hints of bready malt. Flavour is somewhat hoppy with gooseberry bush, some peaches, biscuits and hints of nettles. Also somewhat strong bready malt notes making a porridge-like feeling. A bit stale, needs more fruits. Also, the hops feel a bit old; perhaps the trip to Finland was too much for this cask.

Fra cask på Market Porter, London Bridge 18 Mai 11. Gylden. Lavt skum. Forsiktig fruktig aroma. Aprikos. Smaken det samme med innslag av mais. Tørr fruktig ettersmak. OK men ingen typisk IPA.

Cask. Deep golden colour, small head. Aroma is floral and grassy hops with some mild resiny and wooden notes as well. Flavour is fruity and floral hops along with mild grassyness. Quite crisp maltyness with a grassy quite longlasting bitterness in the aftertaste and finish.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol. Amber with a slight, off-white head. Sweet, tangerine and caramel aroma. Flavour carried on with the sweetness, with a moderately bitter finish. Not so good.
