Tasting at Matt's; 4.6% ABV
Cloudy pale blond colour. Light manure aroma, sour. Not too dry, soft mouthfeel; delicate malt base, moderate citrus character, bitter oranges, and some astringency in the finish.
Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out low-to-moderate funk, with rustic saison yeast. Flavour follows through, with rustic saison yeast, a touch of funk, and toasted biscuity malt. Rustic and spicy finish. Nothing overly complex, but it's well-designed.

Funky light cheese and barrel notes. Cloudy light gold with a small white head. A bit thin and stone fruit with light funk.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light coriander, curacao, light Brett, very nice. On tap at brewery.
