This beer is another brainchild of the first brewer we ever hired at the Ale Apothecary, Connor Curry. Made of wheat and barley brewed with ponderosa needles in the mash and aged in wine barrels and Oregon Spirit Distillery wheat whiskey barrels this beer is presented barrel-still to keep carbonation from working against some of the more subtle notes of this beer and to allow the decadent mouth-feel free rein. The label is a pretext to the upcoming changes we are working on for all of our labels where we will finally be using our full name on all our bottles label designed by Nate Kirschner.

500mL cork bottle. It's advertised as flat and it is. It's a strong abv sour. Lots of vanilla barrel with an earthy sourness isn't acetic or annoying. So, it's not great but a muddled sour, strong malts, and vanilla barrel. Not bad but just a mish mash.
