Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, yeast, citrus notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, sweet fruit. Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fruity, light malts, hay, almond essence, grain, some dried fruits, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly sour-ish, light malts, grass, almond essence, hay, herbs, leafs, sorrel, hints of citrus peel. Little bitterness. Strange beer!

Bottle from Cave a Bulles. Pours dishwater gold (or dirty orange juice) with a transient fizzy white head. Aroma suggests citrus. Sharp carbonation. Near med body. Flavor is citrus, and it seems more of a wit than a standard Belgian. There’s some yeast in the finish, and it’s rather refreshing in a light citrus manner.
