Tasting at Brian's
Cloudy pale blond colour. Complex aroma, there are earthy smells, manure, artichoke, sulfur, citrus peel. Dry, shallow, astringent, spicy.
Nothing exciting.

Cloudy. There's way too much pedio on the nose. On the palate, the yeast and brett come to the fore, and the pedio isn't nearly that prominent. I think there's a bit of spice, and a nice complexity to this. That aroma is a bit unfortunate because I really like the palate here.

750ml bottle at Brian's. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is funky with fermented veggies notes. SImilar taste. Overcarbonated. Meh.

750 ml green bottle from the brewery. Aroma is dusty, lemony, barnyard funk, olive brine. Pours hazy golden with a thick, fluffy, long-lasting off-white head. Taste is dry, finising a little bitter, with flavors of dust, Band-Aid, lemon peel, grain. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel. Not bad.
