Riesling grapes from Brooks Estate Vineyard mixed with our Lambic-inspired base imbue pFriem’s Druif Blanc with inviting aromas of fresh bread and berries. Its notes of delicate rose petals, pear and green apple, and its dry, sparkly finish may think its fine wine, but it’s beer— we promise.

Pale. A little dull-looking. No head. Vinous aroma, the riesling isn't precise, there's a bit of yeasty muddledness to it. Soft body with a tart finish, the grape coming through nicely, with a touch of barrel.

375 c&c from Tavour. Pours hazy light gold with a slight white head. Aroma is tart with a mix of white berries and apples. Arguably med body. It is quite dry. Flavor is white grapes, some apple skin, and a bit of earth/funk. Good flavor. Very approachable.

12.7 oz corked and caged. 2018 bottle. Aroma is bretty, woody, peach, Band-Aid, vanilla, funky. Pours mostly clear golden with a crackling, disappearing head. Taste is highly sour (9/10) with flavors like the aroma, along with some strong green apple, white wine grape notes. Highly carbonated Champagne-like mouthfeel. Not bad, but less than impressive for this brewery. Those Band-Aid notes are a bit over the top.

On tap at Tin Bucket, pours a hazy golden blonde with almost no head. Aroma reveals vinous notes, white grapes and some citrus zest. Flavour is loaded with white grape skins, light farmhouse yeast, and some funk. Acidic and vinous with grape skins on the finish.

Taster at brewery. Pale golden, mild haze, small ring of head. Fruity, sweet aroma recalls white grape juice. Taste is light and sweet, and not sour at all. A little bit of tang finishes it.

On tap at the brewery pours out a golden topped with a white head. Nose is sour spice barrel notes and grapes. Taste is more of the nice sweet sour spice grapes.
