Can from the brewery. Cloudy yellow, with a large white head. Tart, funky Aroma, lots of lemon and citrus, but the oak is solid and up front. Earthy, and lots of oak and hints if tart vanilla. Yeasty, and full bodied. Light bitterness, strong tart, funky oak finish. Complex but very drinkable. Excellent.

(Bottle sample @ Witchstock 2018, Toronto, Sept 29/18) Pours lightly hazy yellow gold with a white head. Notes of bright juicy acidic lemon, citrus zest, cereal grains, quite some oaky woodiness and soft vanilla, some mixed fruit quality in the background that's hard to place, moderate Bretty funk and leather, drying into the finish, oak and grains present, lingering slightly peppery herbal bitterness. Light to medium body, average carbonation. Refreshing but not simple, with a rustic quality that gives depth. My experience with this brewery so far is very promising.

Murky pale blond colour. Complex aroma of funky yeast and citrus peel. Bone dry mouthfeel, mildly sour, with funky notes, grapefruit peel, woody and astringent character.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with brett, oak, and saison yeast in a nice harmony. Flavour is quite earthy and oaky, with a nice funky brett bacteria character, and saison yeast. Oaky, rustic and brett. Excellent.

375ml bottle (thx, Eric D.!) at Matt's. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is funky, barnyard, floral and barrel notes. Similar taste with low acidity. Good one.

Hazy pale. Clean pale malt and mellow brett c on the nose of this one. Smells good, appetizing. On the palate, this has a nice pale malt signature, with a mellow brett accent. Good balance. Simple, but lots of fun. Delicious.

Bouteille 375ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune voilée, mousse blanche aérienne. Arôme de pomme mûre, levure, boisé. Goût de pomme, levure, acidité moyenne-élevée, céréales, côté sauvage, légère amertume, très sèche. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen.
