Draught at Twin Sails. Cloudy, dullish tan. Lots of tartness, with light cherry accents. Not bad.

Poured from the tap at the brewery. Cloudy golden orange with minimal white head. Tart sour, brett, not much in the way of cherry though and, unfortunately, finishes way too astringent leaving a poor after taste. Would have been decent minus the finish.

Murky orange to yellow body with no head. Big brett yeast smell, some may don't like that but me loves it. Flavour is this huge lambic style cherry bomb that blows the senses away - yeast and fruit and grain, sharper finish, if even inadvertently this hits the stars. Damn there's kids running around everywhere here. This brings back some strong Belgian memories, it's working on a lot of levels.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond. Prominent acidity, lingering fruitiness, nothing that can be identified as cherry, smells a bit of cheese and foot, and the finish is very astringent.
Random sour.

On tap. Pours a hazy tawny color with no head. Aromas of Brett, barnyard, and green vinous oak. Flavors are a mix of red and green berries with oak. Very tart. Can’t really get the cherries... unripe cherries maybe.

On tap at Twin Sails, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart cherries, with light wild yeast and a touch of citrus. Flavour is intensely sour and acidic, with lots of balsamic, acidic citrus and subdued cherries. Way too acetic and acidic. This is very poor - barely drinkable.

Draft - Funky and earthy cherry. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Crazy tart and very dry. Stone fruit and light cherry.

Glass at the brewery with Alex during 3rd anniversary. Pours a murky golden with no head. Aroma is fruity with stone fruits (hm!) and some cherries. Taste is similar with some fruitiness. Quite good.
