One of our best vintage Brett Saison to date Bottle conditioned 7 months before release We've been finding our saisons hit their sweet spot with ~6 months of cellaring. Beautiful texture, squeaky clean funk, a beautiful saison.

375ml bottle at Erik's. Pours a hazy lemony with a white head. Aroma is funky with some pepper notes, close to HF saisons. Taste is much closer to the Belgian saisons, kind of mix of American and Belgian saisons. Quite good.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright, fresh funk, with a little oak and saison yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with bright saison yeast, lots of funk, and oak. Bright and spritzy, with an oaky, wild finish. Very good.

Bottle - Nice wet grassy notes. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Nice citrus and light grass with a pleasan5 clean finish. Quite nice and clean.

Quite pale and hazy, with a fairly thick head. On the nose, this has some nice earthy, spicy, herbal notes, with a touch of woody notes. This has a soft, sweet pale malt note, with a mellow estery accent, a touch of brett. Good.
