Dark brown. No head. On the nose, raspberries and a little bit of coffee and burnt sugars. The raspberry and tartness are the main elements, but the burnt sugars, a hint of vanillins, touch of tannins and then the stout's roast and alcohol are all present. This isn't normally my sort of beer, but the fact that an accident came together with this much balance and refinement seems pretty cool to me.

On tap at Luppolo, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of raspberries and brett upfront, with oak and medium toasted malt underneath. Flavour is along the same lines, with a really nice blend of oak, brett, raspberries and roasted malt. Complex, with lots of cohesion between the disparate elements. Very good.

Draft - Soured dark malts. Jet black brown witha small head. Soured dark berries witha nice roasty sour finish. Solid.

Some acetone notes in the aroma. Some liquorice too in the flavour, no carbonation, lots of tannins, berries.

Black colour with small tan head. Mild aroma of dark malts, infection, balsamic, fruit. The mouthfeel is lean, very light residual sweetness, the malt base is not roasty at all, it's a bit bready, raspberry juice and raspberry tannins in the finish.
I'm a bit biased because I know this was originally an infected beer, but it's not bad at all.

Taster at the brewery. Pours an almost black with a weak dark beige head. Aroma is raspberries, some barrel notes. Taste is sour, with raspberries and some dark chocolate notes. Quite good.
