Ok, nice touch throwing the rice milk extract into this. Not enough brewers seem aware that horchata is a rice drink, and they skip that step. Ne skip steps pas, por favor. Dark brown, with a thin head. Rice, vanilla and chocolate on the nose. On the palate, it's a somewhat thin porter, augmented with the rice, vanilla and cinnamon horchata characteristics. So it's not bad. But here's the thing. I first encountered horchata beers a bunch of years ago in Mexico, and of course they came north in short order because it's a damn fine idea. But I'm still waiting on that magic one that really blows my mind.

Murky brown colour. Chocolate character, strong vanilla, moderate cinnamon, possibly some sweetness to balance the roastiness.
Comes through a bit artificial, but it's interesting.

Can - Cinnamon, nutty and vanilla. Murky and ugly brown with a small white head. Nutty, touch of cinnamon and vanilla with a light nutty finish.
