On tap at the beer bistro. Cloudy yellow pour, small white head. A nice crisp lemon zest nos, with light tropical fruit, and some slight bretty funk. Some stone fruit, light grass and pepper. Lively mouth feel, solid carb. Quenching and refreshing, and sharp. Light bordering on medium bitterness, with a clean zesty, bretty finish. Really nice.

(Tap) hazy bright yellow colour with a tall white head; aroma of sourness, dough; balanced flavour with a long, light tart and bitter finish

Hazy and pale, thin head? Has a big clean pale malt, minerally, but a bit husky, and not great.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out soapy, earthy notes, with cardboard and some wild yeast. Flavour is full of cardboard, with earthy notes, soap, and biscuity notes. Soapy, cardboardy finish. Unpleasant.

Draft - Light hay and a touch of fruit. Clear gold with a decent white head. Soft honey and some peppery notes. Solid.

A hazed yellow saison with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light grassy hops, light coriander, curacao, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet yet crisp fruity malt with coriander, curacao, light Brett notes, powdery character, nice and smooth. Bottle at funkfest 2017.
