On tap at the beer bistro. Cloudy yellow pour, small white head. A nice crisp lemon zest nos, with light tropical fruit, and some slight bretty funk. Some stone fruit, light grass and pepper. Lively mouth feel, solid carb. Quenching and refreshing, and sharp. Light bordering on medium bitterness, with a clean zesty, bretty finish. Really nice.

Hazy and pale, thin head? Has a big clean pale malt, minerally, but a bit husky, and not great.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out soapy, earthy notes, with cardboard and some wild yeast. Flavour is full of cardboard, with earthy notes, soap, and biscuity notes. Soapy, cardboardy finish. Unpleasant.
