Catamaran is brewed with pilsner, wheat, and flaked oat. It’s been dry hopped heavily with Azacca and a touch of Amarillo for sunny boat-like notes of tropical fruit, citrus and those neat Hawaiian flowers they put around your neck when you stay at a fancy hotel. It’s hazy, juicy, and finishes with a gentle bitterness

473mL can, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Nose is a bit floral and floury, with some piney hops, a touch of citrus, and bready malt. Flavour is fresh and floral, with lots of bright piney hops, some light floral character, some flour, oats, and biscuity malt. Surprisingly, I'm more of a fan of this than the other raters -- and I'm more often a hater of these hazy IPAs. I find this clean, fresh and vibrant. Really good.

Aroma is good juicy pineapple. Has a nice cloudy yellow body with a bit of foam on top. Flavour is great sweet juicy oily pineapple hops. Heavy oily mouthfeel. This is a decent IPA on the sweet and oily side.

Can, Legacy. Cloudy. Straw colour. Thin head. On the nose, has some nice fruity hops and creamy yeast-malts. Whatever that is. Is this the first hazy from S&O? Moderate bitterness. Not their best IPA, but it's ok.

Tall can at Brian's. Pours a hazy blonde with a weak white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, some dankness. Taste is very dank with tropical fruits bitterness. Quite good.

Tasting at Brian's, can
Cloudy to murky blond colour. Lean body, moderately juicy hops, but the malt base is a bit too flour-y, and there is some vegetable bitterness in the final.
