(notes from Nov 17, 2023 because RB wouldn't log in) Poured from the tap. Hazed gold with small white head. Some nice tart funk, mild oak barrel, surprisingly decent.

GABF 2022. Not at the level of a Belgian gueuze but it is good in its own right. moderately sour, acidic, yeast in the aroma. Sour, appropriate carbonated. Good.

Bought at Liquor Shed in Casper. Bottled February 26th 2020.
It pours a not quite clear orange gold with about an inch of foam, some lacing.
The smell is fruity, with notes of pear, white wine and oaky aromas, and definite tartness with a hint of Brett.
A really dry tart taste is what I first notice. Pear and white wine follow, with some lemon that is noticeable to me in the finish. That and the dryness. I don't notice any acetic tartness.
Fairly light bodied with lively carbonation.
I've cut back on drinking beers like this because of heartburn but I am indulging today with this pretty darn good Wild Ale. May my stomach forgive me.

slightly hazy golden color. Big oak, cobweb, barnyard, a bit of fuselage notes with barnyard, fuller body, the mouth feel isn’t the best, very tart, decent oak. Good complexity but abv it a bit too high.

Both Aromas and flavors are sour, dry grass, Funk and a bit of fruit. Flavors have beers amount of sweet so not quite dry. Don't pick up any of the spices listed on the label. Decent sour beer. But nothing special.

Bottle thanks to AJ. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is earth, oak, sour fruit. Thin body, oak, spice, light tartness, decent.

500 ml bottle from Tavour, 2/4/20. 2019 Reserve, Bottled 3/18/19. Pours a darker, rusty orange color with a thick, foamy and frothy, beige head. Strongly funky / peppery, some wood, herbal, pear, and grape notes. Bright, tingly, and fairly tart. A nice complexity has been developed at this point. I could see it changing with more age, but as it is right now, it is drinking nicely. Nicely blended. 7/4/8/4/16

500 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 3/23/2018. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas and flavors of big tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus zest, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, oak, peppercorn, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wet wood, leather, musty funk, wheat, cracker, white bread, light white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, oak barrels, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus zest, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, oak, peppercorn, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wet wood, leather, musty funk, wheat, cracker, white bread, light white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate lactic tartness, wine tang, and yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus zest, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, oak, peppercorn, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wet wood, leather, musty funk, wheat, cracker, white bread, light white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, oak barrels, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tang/tartness and yeast/oak spiciness balance; with no puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/tangy/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic, and fairly crisp balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is an awesome american gueuze style! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, oak barrels, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink for the ABV, with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish, not overly lactic. Completely classic tasting Gueuze funky Brett/Bacteria complexity; with great oak presence, and pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. No residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.

Bottle - Green grape skin, funk with a subtle hint of petroleum. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Effervescent and funky light fruit with some peel bitterness. Solid.
