It’s not very often a beer gets made to specifically showcase malts, but we have always liked being a little different. Good Humans is a very big and bold Brown Ale that is also dry-hopped with Simcoe and Golding hops. This beer is full of flavor and feelings including caramel, toffee, mild hop bitterness, and the awareness that we are all in this together. Drink a Good Humans and be a good human.

Pours brown with off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, coffee, chocolate and floral and fruity hops. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long coffee, chocolate and slightly dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Brown color, hazy, with almost no head. Aroma of modern hops and caramel, a bit dusty. Good caramel flavor, lean, impression of vegetables, quite good hopping, light earthy/dusty touch.
Good with food.

Bottle @ Havnens Vin og Tobak, Vejle. Pours deep ruby amber with a small White head. Nose is caramel, fruit and hops. Chewy caramelly flavor with fresh piney and grapefruity hops. Some dark fruit as well. Smooth. Bitter hoppy finish.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; mahogany red pour with small tan head that doesn’t last, mostly pine aroma, bitter taste with quite big alcohol presence, piney hop taste with a slight citrus edge. Cola like mouthfeel and fizz.

Bottle @ Sticky floor tasting II. Opaque muddy brownish color, virtually no head. Smell and taste malts, hops, lightly sweetish hoppyness with a nice bitter finish. Clearly a brown ale with a lot of hops. A bit weird but not bad.

Bottle shared at Dean’s sticky floor tasting 2 thanks to Zer0. Pours cloudy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of caramel, gravy, malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
