Taster at Cervecería del Valle Sagrado, Taproom Miraflores, Lima. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- apple, some citrus, fermented, a bit sharp, maybe slightly funky. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, apple, citrusy, herbal, touch of alcohol, a bit sharp again. Medium bodied. Tasty, somewhat wild IPA.

Hazy amber. Thin head. On the nose, this is somewhat floral and maybe a touch phenolic. Also a touch of crystal malt. On the palate, it's a bit smoky, with a bit of earthy malts. It's balanced, and that smokiness isn't totally wonky or anything. Decent - not sure what hops are in there.

Bottle - Caramel and some spicy hops. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Perfumy hops, spicy notes and light caramel with a decent bitter finish.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy dull orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out spicy notes, cardboard, and some dull earthy hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy and spicy hops, lots of cardboard, and biscuity malt. Too spicy and cardboardy. Not good.
