Pours with nice big pink foam and a deep red body. Lots of wood, apple, cherry skin on the nose. Flavour is boozy cherry, some vinegar acidity, bitter apple. Not sweet at all and I like the aftertaste. A nice balance, feels fresh and tart in all the right ways.

Dark red, bright. The apple aroma is quite substantial, with just a hint of cherry. On the palate, nice apple, fresh and crisp. The cherry is fairly subtle, provides a nice sweet accent. Well-balanced, with a nice bit of tartness in the finish.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy dark red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out rich cherries, a little apples, and a touch of cinnamon. Flavour is loaded with pitted, dry cherries upfront, with a touch of apples, and an even smaller touch of cinnamon. Very nice dry cherry character. Good stuff.
