This fruity summer witbier sings of stone fruit and mango. It fills your mouth with thirst-quenching flavour, and calls you back for more at only 5% ABV. Twa Dogs’ Silver Flood embodies the rushing, quenching River Tweed and refuses to back down against the forces of conformity.

Has nice heavy yeast funk on the nose with just some grain, nice big foam on top of a heavily carbonated muddy yellow body. Flavour is a middling mix of caramel and wheat with soft hop notes. Mouthfeel is full enough. It's barely adequate but drinkable.

Draft - Apple and light yeast. Clearish pale yellow with a small white head. Apple and light wheat. Light refreshing finish.

Hazy but not cloudy. Thin head. Has some coriander on the nose with some doughy malts. Doughy malt and yeast taste with the coriander and fruit are unfortunately muted.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light coriander and a touch of whispy wheat. Flavour is laid back, with a touch of coriander, light citrus and soft wheat. Laid back but clean. Boring stuff.
