33cl bottle vintage 2007 courtesy of and shared with Kermis, Thanks. Thin creamy white head. Hazy blond pour. Nice fruity taste. Very interesting.

1992 vintage at Akkurat. Pours yellow orange with no head. Typical dolle spicyness, saffron, bit dry and lots of raisins.

Brown bottle, 33 cl, via Importations Privées Bièropholie (merci Hughes!), savoured on September 21 2010; eye: peach, hazy, good effervescence, nice creamy white head, good lacing; nose: yeast, light orange, slight honey; mouth: yeast, really surprising sourness, spices, Madeira, alcohol, sour finale, medium body, rather carbonated, slightly grainy texture; overall: ordinary FRANÇAIS Bouteille brune, 33 cl, via Importations Privées Bièropholie (merci Hughes!), savourée le 21 septembre 2010; œil : pêche, voilée, bonne effervescence, belle mousse blanche crémeuse, bonne dentelle; nez : levure, léger orange, très léger miel; bouche : levure, très surprenante aigreur, épices, madère, alcool, finale aigre, corps moyen, plutôt carbonatée, texture très légèrement granuleuse; en résumé : ordinaire

Bottle. An amber coloured pour with a decent white head. Fruity aroma. Sharp hoppy taste, citrus fruit, bitter almost sour. I love De Dolle but I am not crazy about Oeral.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity, apple with some sour notes. Flavor is nice begins sweet but ends a little sour.

Bottle (Vintage 1992@Akkurat). Nice golden color. This is the smoothest beer i’ve ever tasted (maybe because of the cellering). Sour. Hoppy. Fruity. Some smoked tones.

Comes to the table hazy enough that you cannot see through it. Has a strong head that fades into a sticky lacing. Aroma is very original, like an apple horseradish (without the bite) mix with a spicy yeast leftover. Taste is more straight forward with a slight sweetness and a pilsner-like malt background.

(Draught at Erasmus, Brugge, on 2008-05-21) Orange colour and cloudy. White dense head. Sour nose. Dryish palate. Sour and fruity taste. Some hops. Grapefruit.

Bottle. Peach,apple, cherry malt and yeasty alcohol aroma. Slightly hazy yellow color with large white head. Sweet peach/lemon malt and astringent alcohol/hops taste. A bit rough but still a good drink.

Bottle: Poured a murky orange with floaters, the head is white and thick. Aroma is yeasty with spices. The taste is rich caramel malt with nice hoppy spices. Leaves a dry veggie finish with sweet sugar. Another fine De Dolle product.
