An arabier is a pure malt beer 8°vol/alc brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge. It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beer lovers all over the world. It is one of the two main beers from De Dolle Brouwers throughout the year. Aging time is limited due to the fact that hop bitterness is declining with the time. Store arabier cool and dark and serve cool at 10°C. Cheers!

Bottle from Chez Sophie. Light hazed deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are light, sweet yeasty spice and some fruit. Medium body.

Servida en copa teku, color dorado con tonos naranjas, turbia, espléndida corona de espuma, consistente como clara de huevo montada, de excelente retención y mucho residuo. En nariz es tremenda, distinguida, compleja, fresca, notas de levadura, lúpulo, flores, fruta fresca...para mi en este aspecto un diez. En boca el primer contacto es contundente sin ser agresivo, amargo, frutal y algo cítrico, notas de pomelo, levadura, manzana verde y buena cantidad de lúpulo. El trago se desarrolla hacia notas de albaricoque, galleta, siempre con una sinfonía de lúpulo y levadura de fondo, la complejidad es soberbia, imposible permanecer indiferente ante su brillante personalidad. Sin duda una excelente cerveza, digna de una cervecera más que notable

Aus der Flasche im 2023-04 getrunken. Dieses goldene Bier mit weißer Schaumkrwone mit einer interessanten Aromakombination von deutlicher Hopfennote, etwas Honig und reife Äpfel. Schöne Aromakombination auch wenn die deutliche Hopfenbitterkeit nicht so mein Fall ist.

Flaska från Etre. Guldfärgad med oerhört stabil skumkrona. Belgiskt, mjukt jästig, estrar, klar maltighet och rejäl och ihängande beska. Oerhört snygg och mycket gott.

Bottle at Le Bier Circus, Brussels on 4th February 2022. Pours hazy, coppery amber with thick off-white foam and full lacing. Pungent, earthy aroma with citrus peel. Tart grapefruit citrus in-mouth with spiced peel. Pepper, spices and zesty peels blend in a characterful finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a medium to full body.
