Bouteille 50cl, merci Carles, dégustée à BCN, BB 27/05/2019. Couleur acajou brune, col fin beige. Le tout légèrement huileux au verre. Arôme offre de belles notes de fruits noirs - dates, prune et pruneau, raisin sec, malt caramel versant sur léger toffee. Palais est moyen en effervescence, malté caramel avec petite note de douceur, fruité noir - classique, prune et date voire figue. Alcool passe bien. Amertume reste discrète et en retrait mais assure un apport noble fleuri et finement fruité à la base de malts. Grande classique allemande.

Still the bready German milkshake I remember it as, balanced malt sweetness, thick and rich.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown with beautiful reddish reflections and a good head of cream foam. Aroma is malty and caramel. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet of molasses. Finish is regular.

500 ml bottle. Murky brown, big foamy head. Caramel, raisins, dried dates and figs, hazelnut, dark bread, light dry citrus and metal. Malty sweetness, light dry bitterness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty sweet finish, well balanced, not boozy. Good Doppelbock.

0,5l bottle from Prik&Tik Kampenhout. F: medium, tan, good retention. C: brown with coppery hue against the light, clear. A: mellow fruity, caramel, bit nutty, dried fruits. T: rich malty backbone, bit nutty, caramel, bit chocolate, dark bread, mellow fruity, bit leaves, medium to full body, medium carbonation, nice balanced for the style and fully enjoyed.

Servida de botella en vaso tipo weizen. Color marrón oscuro con destellos rojizos, ligeramente turbia. Capa de espuma de color tostado, abundante y cremosa de muy buena retención.
Aroma complejo, con muchos matices: notas a pan tostado, caramelo, frutos secos y vainilla, con recuerdos a licor (whisky quizás). En boca es una delicia: entrada dulce y frutal con notas tostadas, chocolate y pasas, dejando un buen retrogusto a licor. Buen cuerpo y Carbonatacion suave, lo que la hacen cremosa en boca. Cervezon.

Short beige head soon left a spotty cover on ruby brown still body. Malt, demerara, sherry & oak aroma. Medium to full bodied, soft on the palate with a creamy back. Heavy malt, berry, spice, brown sugar, bread, caramel & raisin & port tastes. World Class!
