Bottle from The Gull, North Vancouver
Hazy blond colour. Strong Brett character, bold beer, aroma of straws, a bit of vegetable character and bitterness too, though.

650mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast and some funky notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of wild yeast, oak and grainy notes. Grainy, oaky and wild, with a very cohesive flavour profile. Finishes somewhat bitter and wild. Very good.

Hazy and tan. A light brett note, a decent biscuty pale malt and a mellow bitterness. It's decent, balanced. Not a lot of nuance but it's certainly a brett pale, and a decent one at that..
