Tasting at Brian's
Hazy blond colour. Nice, strong aroma, funky and lemony. On the dry side, very funky and lemony, gentle coriander, salty.
Excellent.

Bottle - Soured and funky lemon. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soured funky fruit with a touch of pear.

Hazy tan. A fair bit of brett, There's a fair bit of brett on the palate, with a light berry note, And the tartness and peachy notes are really nice.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice rustic saison yeast character upfront, with some oak in there. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, a touch of oak and subtle wood. Nice oaky and wild character. Very good.
