The swig follows, delighting your palate with light, bright, effervescent tastes featuring delicate pome fruit nuances on top of the biscuity malts. Baking spice whispers swirl through hints of apple, pear, and herbaceous hops on the way to a crisp conclusion.

All that intricacy comes from a grain bill featuring Pilsner malt, flaked rye, and wheat as well as a gentle dose of Cascade and Styrian Golding Hops. Then the HM team fermented the brew with Belgian yeast before finally conditioning it with Brettanomyces.
