“A 750 mL of Vesper is NOT a sharing portion - you will want to drink it all… We should have named it Endlessly Drinkable.” -Holy Mountain Brewing

We have to agree — in fact, when we tasted this brew at Tavour HQ, we said exactly the same thing!

This refresher sails in on apple blossom and clove aromas. The swig follows, delighting your palate with light, bright, effervescent tastes featuring delicate pome fruit nuances on top of the biscuity malts. Baking spice whispers swirl through hints of apple, pear, and herbaceous hops on the way to a crisp conclusion.

All that intricacy comes from a grain bill featuring Pilsner malt, flaked rye, and wheat as well as a gentle dose of Cascade and Styrian Golding Hops. Then the HM team fermented the brew with Belgian yeast before finally conditioning it with Brettanomyces.

We predict once you get a taste, you’ll want to spend the whole evening savoring this bottle of endlessly drinkable Table Beer. Sharing it or pairing it is entirely optional.

Capped 750 from the brewery. Pours fairly clear gold with a large pillowy white head. The aroma has a good amount of Brett with some citrus tagging along. It seems not very thick in a way but it’s definitely at least medium body. The flavor is well arguably funky, but that’s because it has a very very nice amount of Brett. This is a really delicious beer.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, floral, oak. Slick body, lemon zest, brett, oak, nice tartness, dry finish, very good.

Draft - Light apple funk. Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Clean light grains with a touch of funk. Solid and light.

Very pale, thick head, hazy, light brett, clean pale malts, big brett, pale biscuity, dry, great balance. Hell yes.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a large white head. Aroma brings out a wonderful saison yeast upfront, with a touch of brett, and some floral hops. Flavour has a wonderful funk, with saison yeast, light brett, subdued citrus and hay. Dry, funky and rustic. This is lovely.
