Draught@TCBW2023. Orangeish amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma s smoked, some raspberries, tartness and some wooden tones with mild citrus tones. Flavour is raspberries, citrus, some tartness and mild smoked wet wooden tones. Kind of obscure, but strangely enough works quite well.

Standard pour @ the Silver Stamp in Vegas. Almost clear, orange amber, seemingly still pour. Smoked duck nose. Black tea, embers, lemon, a touch of sugar; inviting. Smokey tea, sour twang, lemon juice, leafy greens, touch of sugar, old wood; low carb, vintage. Unique & lovely.

MBCC 2023 Copenhagen, Green Session. Almost clear rose colour. Aroma and Taste of mild smoked malt, red fruits. Mild sour fruity finish.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours cloudy red with a medium head. Aroma is tart malts with raspberries and some smoke. Flavor is tart malts, raspberries, smoke. Quite nice.

Draft - Earthy raspberry and a hint of manure. Clear pink with a nice white head. Raspberry, earth, manure and a very clean finish. Superb restraint and balance with nice complexity.

Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - Dark red pour with white pinkish head. Tart fruity with raspberry prominence, berry fruity, berry skin, medium to light body, light acidity, tart fruity berry fruity with a touch of salt into the finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is raspberry fruity. Light sourish. Light sulphorish. Dense raspberry. Dry sulphorish. Medium dry, lingering fruity. Mellow finish.
