Perfect Balance of sweetness and acidity. Sweet tropical aromas with a crisp, clean finish. Pairings - spicy Asian cuisine, savory crepes, or by itself chilled on a warm Summer's day.

12 oz bottle poured. Pours a light clear color with no head. Fresh green apples aroma. Very basic, standard apple cider for me. Drinks like there is no alcohol. Apple juice flavor throughout with a somewhat lingering tart flavor, which I can enjoy. I’ll drink this. For what it is, it’s good.

Bottle. Sweet clean ripe apple aroma. Clear deep gold, no head per usual for cider. Sweet, slightly tart apple flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation. Pretty straightforward, although not exciting cider.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle 6.5% abv, harvest 2009, poure into a white wine glass. Pours clear pale golden, almost no head, no lacing, no carbonation, and light apple aroma. Taste is light tart semi-sweet apple. Kind of plain, expected more based on other peoples ratings.

Bottle from New Beer($5.50). Clear, golden body. Tulip. Vigorous pour results in only a faint ring of suds. 6.5% ABV on the label. 2009 harvest. Creamy, honeydew-like sweetness on the nose. Oaky vanilla, wet grass & soil. Minerals & faint plastic. Odd funk note here & there. Taste is softly sweet browned apples, splash of cider vinegar, moderate tannins, lots of wood. Mild acidity middle on. Turns a bit winey as it warms. Why are you letting your glass get warm? Finish dries up bittersweet/tart, with some faint salt, grass, yeast, & preservatives. Spirited, but gentle carbonation. Body isn’t completely thinned out. Slight tartness is just about perfect for me. A great bottle. Five bucks! :)

It’s a clear pale yellow, no head. It smells like apples, grass, earth, peaches, strawberries and a touch of cough syrup. The taste is sour apples with floral sweetness. Mildly effervescent mouthfeel. Nice cider.
