Bottle @ home, picked up at Supermarket Foco. Pours a super light, just slightly tinged yellow appearance with no head. The aroma has apple sauce, lightly burnt wood, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Fairly dry but also kind of boozy. Bland red apple flavor with a little bit of spice. Very juicy. Boring but drinkable.

22oz bottle. Poured a clear golden color with a tiny white head. Aroma was crisp apples, with a touch of alcohol, sweet notes. Flavor was fruity acid, with a apple tartness to it. Pretty enjoyable.

Bottle from New Beer($5.50). 6.9%abv. Unbranded tulip pour. Pale golden body. Spritzy soda head. Heavy nucleation coming from an un-etched glass. Yay! Smells oddly like a blend of whit beer & champagne. Green fruit, yeast, & something similar to coriander. Intro is crabby/tart & a bit yeasty, moving further into sour candy tartness. Bittersweet throughout, fruity, nearly brut, but not all the way. Acid seems kind of mild overall, as it turns floral, dry, & seemingly grain-like middle end on. Lemony, leafy green, & almost bone dry finish. Missing ginger that was advertised. Remains a bit simple. Glassy texture. Champagne-like carbonation. Thin & somewhat numbing. Pasty & dry. Alcohol is in check, preservatives are used sparingly. At half the price, this is a better dry then most of that Farnum Hill stuff you boobs swoon over. Yeah, it doesn’t seem to undergo a second fermentation, but there is more fruit, & the alcohol is well hidden. I have high hopes for that $15 bottle of Kingston Black though. Hmm...

Faint apple juice nose. Clear yellow. Tart, somewhat dry apple flavor. Slightly savory, which is nice. Mouthfeel is stinging. Not a big fan.

22oz bottle pours a transparent, totally clear gold with a thin, spitty white head. Nose is nice, apples, sugary, cake icing, apple cores. Flavor is sweet, very ripe apple, a little white grape, a little honey. Full bodied, slightly tart, slightly hot.

Bomber from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a thin frothy head that quickly fades. Aroma of sweet apples, some gummy bear like notes, and a faintly grainy finish. The taste is grainy apples, pear-like notes, tart finish. Medium bodied. Decent cider.

Bottle. Pours with a clear golden body with only a couple seconds of fizzy head. Aroma is sulfur, dry, super dry actually, green apple, slightly grassy, candied ginger. Taste is dry and light sulfur. Some candied, tangy sweetness at the end. Very light bodied. Dry with medium carbonation.

Bottle. Pours with a small, fizzy, quickly leaving white head. Aroma is sweet apples, ginger, and cinnamon. Taste is sweet at first, then dry, then finishes, tart/sour. It is sourness/acidity is enough to make me think that my bottle might have a bit of brett or some other wild yeast in it (but in a pleasant way). Water like mouthfeel. Lighly fizzy.

Bomber from Total Wine in Roseville, CA. Pours gold with a few bubbles. Mild green apple skin aroma. Medium body with firm carbonation. It goes rather apple, then appleskin. There is a spicey aspect, but it’s rather mild. On the other hand my tongue keeps tingling so it may be "long". It has a lot of body compared to the amount of flavor. Good. There’s a sort of apple skin sour in the finish.

Bottle from Whole Foods in Sonoma, CA. Pours gold with a few white bubbles. Nice of aroma of very slightly sour grren apples - or could be green apple skin. Near medium body with spritely carbonation. Fresh, clean taste of greenish appples with a touch of citrus. A little astringent. There’s an undertone of hot spice of some sort towards the finish. Complicated. Good stuff.
