(Description from the second release, June 2020): This beer was fermented with Kviek yeast along side our house Lacto culture. We packed this one with Apricot until beer blew out the top. A sour candy lacto profile quickly dissipates to a mouth full of Apricot flavour. A high carbonation lends to a full body mouthfeel leaving you craving more. Drink this beer fresh to preserve as much of the fruit profile as possible.

Poured from 473mL can. Cloudy orange gold with white head. Apricot, mild lacto. Just okay.

473mL can, pours a lumpy, cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out gentle apricot upfront, with lacto and a bit of wild yeast. Flavour is full of apricot upfront, with loads of lacto and some yeast. Lumpy, goopy apricot. It's alright.

Cloudy, blonde. Medium head. Big apricot aroma, massive apricot taste, sharp tartness, off-dry with nice balancing apricot sweetness.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a murky orange with a white head. Aroma is sour, a bit sweet with apricot notes. Similar taste. Not sure what exactly, but something makes this beer a bit unbalanced. Maybe not appropriate hoppy bitterness. Don't know, but it is somewhat unelegant. However, very refreshing.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond colour. Light apricot aroma. Dry, fizzy, mildly sour, lemony, touch of apricots, touch of yeast.
Not bad.

Draft - Nice bright apricot notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured apricot and a nice finish. Solid.
