Very pale, has a nice pear nose, spicy and complex with an appetizing pear sweetness.

Draft - Light and nondescript sweetness. Light cloudy yellow white. Oddly sweet and a decent finish.

On tap at Farmhouse Festival 2018, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright tart pears with a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is similar, with tons of bright pears upfront, gentle acidity and light funk. Nicely balanced, with plenty of depth. Very good.
