Can, courtesy of Ryan; 2022; 10.9%
Dark amber colour. Aroma of alcohol and perfume, some caramel. Full bodied, moderately sweet; common Canadian Barley Wine (i.e. not great) playing the notes of caramel, toasted nuts; a bit boozy.
It's ok.

Poured from 355mL can (2022 vintage; abv listed as 10.9%; canned 01/18/23; thanks Cindy). Mahogany brown with small beige head. Lots of raisin and dark fruits, toffee, feint hint of metallic-ness, a little bit boozy.

355ml can. (10.35% ABV) Pours a hazy red-bronze with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a small, fizzy, short lived, tan head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet aroma of bready caramel malt, toffee, raisin, prune, plum, cherry and light spice. Sweet flavour of grainy caramel malt, raisin, plum, brown sugar and mild spice in a boozy finish. Medium to full body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Nice.

Can thanks to Tony. Pours a hazy amber with small beige head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is caramel and toasted malt. Slick body, toasted malt, raisin, metallic finish, not for me.

12 oz. can, pours a deep dark amber with a smalll beige head. Aroma brings out dark red fruits, some toffee and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt, brown sugar and alcohol. Boozy and sweet, but it works okay. Pretty decent.
