Hazy and quite pale. Bubbly head. Light floral aroma, touch of brett, wood. The anise note and pale malt is nice. Unusual floral complexity. Pale malts almost austere. I like it.

Bottle - Lightly cheesy. Clear gold with a decent white head. Funky and cheesy with some fruit notes.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a hazy bright blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, regular saison yeast and biscuity malt. Flavour is loaded with farmhouse funk, with stone fruits and wild yeast. Nicely balanced, with a nice yeast expression. Excellent.
