Bottle thanks to Sarah! Pours a clear gold with visible carbonation and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has strawberry and light funk with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Flavor has tart rhubarb and light strawberry with a bit of funk and wine barrel supporting.

Hazy orange. This is sour but also well balamced with fruit esters. Good palate. Earthy.

50cl bottle pours a dark gold with some fluffy, white head. Nose has honey, lime, grape, oak, some barrel. Flavor has honey, some white pepper, some tart notes like lime. Finishes a bit hot with something hard to characterize. Maybe chile? Fish pepper? Bit of tartness too.

Bottle from the October DC RB Tasting. Poured a kind of hazy, dull yellow color with a small, wispy white head. Aroma was light strawberries. Light cab franc notes, light barrel. Light, crisp, and easy to drink. Pretty delicate. Nice.

Tasting at Ferris'
Cloudy golden colour with compact head. Fruity aroma, peach, apricot. Smooth mouthfeel, light acidity, delicate strawberry, quite strong winy notes.

Bottle - Fruity and some white grape with light funk. Cloudy gold with a nice white head. Soured and fruity with some nice light funk. Pleasant.

375ml bottle at Farees'. Pours a murky golden with a white head. Aroma is funky, some fermented fruits/berries/veggies. Similar taste with barrel notes. Quite good.

On draft at the brewery taphouse. Pours a clear orange gold with an off white head. Aroma of berries and wine barrels. Flavors are moderate sour with some sweet wood and vanilla notes. Nice.
