Mooch tasting
Murky red-berry colour. Interesting aroma, it's a bit earthy, dusty, some plastic, but the berry aroma is very strong. Good body strength, with a bit of residual sugars, prominent tartness, and strong berry component, touch of yoghurt; a bit tannic in the finish for more complexity, lemony too.
Very good.

Bottle - Light vegetal and some intense berry notes. Deep red with a small white head. Soured berry and a long finish.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark maroon with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of tart black currant and blackberry, with moderate pith, and some light wood. Flavour is along the same lines, with intense tart black currants, light blackberry, plenty of pith, and a touch of barrel character. Very tart, yet the fruit is incorporated decently. Very puckering and quite acidic on the finish. Good stuff.

Purpley-red. Not much head. Big berry nose is quite appealing. Currants shine through on the palate, but there's also a nice tartness. Again, very straightforward but tasty.
