Kick back into golden refreshment; bright and crisp like the freshest citrus. Citrus and fruity hop aromas gently join up with a light appealing cereal malt character leaving you with a satisfying finish to savor.

A few 12oz bottles over the weekend. Poured a golden copper color with a small white head. Aroma was nice citrus notes, floral hop notes. Flavor was nice light malts, with citrus hops. Pretty tasty actually.

Refrigerated brown bottle, best by August 8, 2014, given to me from a guy at work after the best by date, poured into a glass. Hazy light orange with small white head. Aroma is light tropical fruit, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is grapefruit, some herbal hops, with nice malt backbone.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy bright apricot color with a large creamy yellow-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was musty and dusty with bread, orange, honey and a bit of phenol. The flavor was bitter orange, lemon peel, bread dough, honey and phenol. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has lots of grass with some sweet grains and a hint of underlying light fruits. Flavor combines grain and grass with a growing sweetness towards the finish.

Pours golden orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fruits, malts and caramely malts. Taste is smooth, malty, earthy and mildly fruity. Finish is smooth and mildly fruity with some floral hops, malts and earthy notes. A bit dull and stuffy.

This is much more like a golden ale than a pale ale. Seems like it’s misconceived. Golden and lightly hoppy. Finishes light sourness. Tap at Good Dog tap takeover.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a mostly clear somewhat golden yellow/orange body, two finger white foamy head that rises and falls and leaves a nice speckled spider web lacing left in the wake of the fall.
The smell had some slightly spicey; slightly peppery; slightly malty - moreso as it warms, and just a bit of lemon thrown in there to finish an impressive aroma.
The taste was a nice bitter thrill through citrusy tones yet still a semi-spiciness, citrus aftertaste, watery finish.
The palate was about a light to medium and sessionable. Carbonation seems to be good for the style and for me.
Overall, this was a wow beer for me as this is a very good American Blonde Ale.
