Poured from 500mL bottle (#353/700; 2022 release; 7% abv listed). Hazy gold with small white head. Apricot and abrasive acidity. Unbalanced, enamel stripping. Not a fan.

Bottle procured from Luppolo several months ago and aged, for whatever that's worth. Pours with reasonably solid white head and sort of cloudy orange liquid; the aroma is soft apricot skins, tannins and mellow hops, good sourness and funky yeast. Flavour is deep apricot with proper residual sweetness that does not feel contrived; layered with wood notes, yeast peeking through. Full on the mouth and good crispness. Luppolo's special releases are really well done, and this is no exception as this is exceptional.

On tap at Darby's Gastown, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with apricots upfront, with some wood and light wine tannins. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of tart apricots, wine barrels, tannins, and light acidity. Dry, punchy and complex. Very good.

Cloudy golden colour. Light fruity aroma, sour, peach, then apricot and apricot schnapps (abricotine in Switzerland).
Good body strength, high carbonation, soft mouthfeel, moderate acidity, hint of sour apricot but not much of it, some white grapes. Very good Sour.

Taster at the brewery with Alex. Pours a pale hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is barrel with stone fruit notes. Taste is similar. Medium acidity. A bit aggressive but good.
