Aroma of soft hay and grains. Has modest white foam and a cloudy yellow liquid. Flavour is slight dough with light malts and some citrus notes. Medium to dry finish. Not bad and the abv is invisible though it does sneak in after a few sips.

Hazy and pale with a thin head. Estery, slightly floral but also with a hint of pepper and plastic phenols. Spicy, lots of peppery yeasty stuff, more esters (pear, peach) than phenols. Moderate bitterness but hops are otherwise subdued. Decent...probably some room for improvement, finding the right combination of characteristics, but a decent starting point.

2018-11-22, draught at the brewery, 6-3-6-3-13=31
Cloudy blond colour with large head. Strong spicy aroma, coriander and clove. The base is quite light, not too dry, with mild spice, and some astringency in the finish.
Almost more Hefe than Saison.
Pleasant, simple.

Cloudy blond color. Delicate spicy aroma. Dry mouthfeel, spices from the yeast, light glue, strong wheat feeling. Dry finish.
Not too bad.

Taster at the brewery shared with Alex. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is fruity, spicy and peppery. Similar taste. Despite some strange notes in aftertaste, it not bad Belgian style saison IMO.

On tap at Beere, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with estery notes, followed by saison yeast and candied sugar. Flavour is not quite as estery or sweet, but still leaning that way, with saison yeast, some rustic notes, hay and candied sugar. Not as sweet or estery as many North American saisons, but it doesn't quite work for me. Decent.
