473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy pale straw colour with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Mild aroma of grainy wheat malt, brine, yeast and floral hops. Flavour of grainy wheat malt, brine, apple, coriander, musty yeast, floral hops and just a hint of oak with a dry, sour lacto finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Foedre-aging didn't do much for this beer. I'm not getting any funk at all and the barrel notes are barely perceptible.

Can, Legacy. Hazy and quite pale. Has a light salt, light tartness, light, yeasty and refreshing.

Can - Light brine, stone fruit and a touch of funk. Clearish gold with almost no head. Light tart stone fruit, light funk and a very clean finish. Complex yet so subtle. Very nice.
