Poured from 500mL bottle (thanks Jeremy). Hazy copper orange with minimal white head. Medium-high acidity, the squash only comes through super feintly on the nose along with a super feint hint of oak and phenols. A bit vinegary like early Temporal beers. Verging on enamel stripping, but still bearable as a sipper. Okay.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of squash, with tart fruits and oak barrels. Flavour is very spicy, with lots of earthy squash, spicy clove, and sour, acidic notes. Not sure what they were thinking; this isn't good.

Bottle - Soured dark malts with a touch of berry. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soured and light red fruit with a long finish.

Bottle. Amber, with a touch of haze. Has a slight pumpkiny aroma, with a brett note, hints of barrel and some yeastiness. Tart and pumpkiny, Nice acidity, touch of barrel. Decent stuff.

Taster at TS with Alex. Pours a hazy pale copper with a weak head. Aroma is fruity. Taste is very strange with vegetable notes. Not good.

2018-05-10, tasting at Oakes' Manor, bottle, 7-3-7-2-14=33
The wine is more evident in the aroma, the moderate acidity is pleasant, the vegetable note is not necessary; light buttery/doughy note in the final.
Ok beer.

Cloudy copper-amber colour. Mild fruity and so it aroma. Dry mouthfeel, moderate acidity, some wood tannins, mildly vinous, not as short final as the other 2 releases tasted today.
Ok Sour, uncomplicated.
