This beer upholds the banana and clove character of a traditional German Hefeweizen while adding a unique twist. Trifecta is dry-hopped with Huell Melon, Meridian and Saphir hops which add notes of strawberry, kiwi, lime and Jasmin Tea and give it a fruit smoothie-like impression.

Cann from the lcbo. Hazy yellow pour with a huge white head. Aroma is light on the hop and wheat front. Both are present, but very light. Soft wheat, and bubblegum, and subtle citrus and pine resin. Mouth feel is nice and creamy, with a soft carb. Medium bitterness, banana undertones round out some citric grassy hoppiness.

Hazy with a light golden-yellow colour with a tad amber hue. The head is white, frothy, foamy, long lasting and leaving thick soapy lacing. Fresh herbal hop aromas with some nice yeast. The wheat is tasted giving very mild banana notes with some even lighter spices. The hops are not as strong as well, but do balance out things. Some little sweetness does linger on the tongue. Kind of tarty. Good, but might be hard to have more than one.

650 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange amber with light head. Aromas of fruity eaters, yeast, wheat and maybe a big of pineapple. Flavors of same with additional sweet dry banana. Messy.

Okay pillow of foam and slight cloud on yellow body. Perfumy hops on the nose, fragrant without any real harshness, hints of dough. Flavour is lots of sweet banana, almost cloying but pulling back just at the right moment. Medium finish, not very oily. Not bad, decent summer drink.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright floral hops, with a bit of citrus and estery notes. Flavour is very floral and estery, with lots of perfumey hops, some citrus and banana. Harsh and cosmetic-like. Not a fan.

Murky blond colour. The aroma is gently fruity. The mouthfeel is smooth and dry, lemon zest, touch of peach, and hint of cloves. Dry finish, with correct bitterness.
Quite good, an improvement compared to the test batch.
