[5/14/18] Draught at Mikkeller Bar Viktoriagade in Copenhagen. Black, some tan foam. Roast, chocolate, coffee, a bit of licorice, sweet-bitterish, some alcohol, full-bodied.

Bottle from Bruisin’ Ales. Pours dark brn/blk with a transient very dark tan head. Aroma of dark treacle, dark fruits, seemingly coffee. Full bodied. Flavor is dark and treaclish with some heat, coffee and detectable chocolate. It’s very warming. Top of the old school I.S.s Amazingly good impact of flavor. Goes very nicely with Marcus’ raspberry.

Tap at BeerTemple, 17th April 18. Pours black and slick, some head. Aroma is barrel, dark chocolate, liquor. Taste is barrel, chocolate, roasted malts, oak, wood, liquor, really smooth. Delicious

Keg at Beer Gonzo Taproom, Earlsdon, Coventry, Good Friday, 30th March 2018. . Pours black with a beige head with a nice creamy textured beige head. Nice whisky notes, rich and indulgent stout. Creamy mouthfeel, chocolate and whisky combine well. Lovely. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov17 4.1

Tap @Luppolo Station in Rome. Black color with a brownish lacing. Nose: whiskey bourbon, alcohol, prunes. Mouth: moderately sweet, moderately bitter, way warm, vanilla pudding.

22oz bottle pours out black topped with a brown head. Nose is nice big bourbon barrel notes coffee chocolate vanilla a little fudge. Tatse is more of the nice sweet malts chocolate bourbon barrel vanilla roast coffee some caramel notes. Very nice

0.66l bottle thanks to Lore. Black body with a thin light brown head. Aroma and taste of chocolate, coffee, bourbon, licorice and floral hops. Full bodied and creamy. Top notch RIS.
