Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate, a little vanilla, light hops. Flavour is quite roasty with a potent hoppy and coffee bitterness in the finish.

Bottle at ACBF 2012. Black or extremely dark brown colour with creamy golden head. Aroma is creaminess and booze, sour dairy, just a hint of bitterness. Lots of roast and chocolate. Tastes like a creamy desert, chocolate, sourness, caramel, maybe a a touch of tiramisu. Beautifully smooth and creamy. Can't taste the strength. Absolutely lovely!

From bottle @ ACBF 2012. Floral and citric hops in the aroma. Malt, roast and floral and citric hops in the flavor. Roasty oily citric hopbitter aftertaste. Typical to observe how a lot of hops can dominate such a strong and tasty imperial stout.

330mml. bottle. Tasted on the 12/03/2019 at home. Pitch black colour with a low and dissipate tan head. Aroma is peat whiskey, black chocolate and some licorice. Taste is the same, with a strong presence of peat whiskey leading to a medium bitter and long finish. Next one please!

A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and spicy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, alcohol, roasted malt, and spicy hops, leading to a bitter finish.

330ml bottle from 16th Street Liquor Store. Tasting with George. Pours a very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is saddle, leather, molasses, toffee, vanilla, dark fruits. Same character taste and aftertaste with roasted malt and smokey notes. The sweetness in this beer is very good balanced. Excellent, incredible stuff!
