This is a strong beer at 6.2% alcohol featuring dark roasted malts and a hint of molasses for flavour. Dark brown in colour, this Porter is fermented cold using lager yeast instead of ale yeast. Smooth and drinkable.

Growler - Dark roast and some toasty burnt notes. Deep dirty brown with a small white head. Toast and roast with a bit of a thin notes. Reminds me of a Schwartz beer.

Medium brown, with a thin head. Some chocolatey, fudgey note. Light body. Mellow chocolate powder sort of note. A little bit soft. All round mellow, a light porter.

Draught at the lab
Black color. Chocolate character, lean body, hint of roasted malt, very robust, with elegant Lager yeast esters.
Very good.
