Draft - Muddy wheat and banana. Cloudy light gold with a decent white head. Banana, wheat and a candy banana finish.

As NBeer Sino Hefeweizen, 4.8% abv. Tester at Bravo Brewpub & Kitchen, Guangzhou. Slightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- wheat, odd yeast, vanilla, no bananas. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, wheat, yeast. Light bodied, somewhat watery.
Not so good.

Als „Hefeteige (!) 丁香" vom Faß im Regain Element Brewpub, Peking. - Goldgelb, schön trüb, schwacher Schaum. - In der Nase zitronig-grasige Noten, sehr „grün“ (unreif), ein wenig Banane. - Antrunk erfrischend schlank, etwas säuerlich, mit unreifer Banane und Zitronenschale und ein wenig Bonbonsüße. Mild rezent, zart adstringierend. Im Abgang milde Hopfenherbe. - Schlankes, erfrischendes Hefeweizen mit prominenten Aromen unreifer Früchte (Banane, grüne Äpfel). Untypisch aber nach kurzer Gewöhnung gut trinkbar.

Keg at NBeerPub. Cloudy golden, small head. Light bubblegum aroma. Mid sweet with light body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Sassafras and wheat buns dominates. Low bitterness.
