Taster at The Rozz-Tox. Almost clear, amber colored. AROMA- very hoppy, fruity. FLAVOR- dry, bitter, hop resins, touch of fruit. Fuller bodied.

Seeing double IPA 8.1% 77 IBU on tap at the taproom by Stuff’d. A brilliantly clear copper with a filmy light beige head and a rich orange and spice hop bouquet. Medium to full bodied with a dab of boozy heat. The taste is malty at first then veers into dank herbal pine but retains a sweet woodsy finish.  3.7

Keg at Stuff’d, Beijing. Cloudy nut brown, creamy head. Tea-like grapefruit aroma with notes of butter. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Some syrup, peppery grapefruit peels. Honey, ripe fruit. Piney resiny grapefruit peel bitterness.
