Growler fillup from the brewery, sampled way too late on a sunday morning. Well Hell, not my fault aboot the bus schedule right? This pours with big foamy head and a nice heavily carbonated yellow body. It's got a smell of yeast and citrus. The taste is mellow yellow grains with a modest bit of hoppy sourness. Medium finish. Not super sharp, rather lager-ish, but not bad either. Time to watch some Trailer Park Boys.

On tap at Main Street, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out saison yeast and crisp tropical fruits. Flavour is crisp and fruity, with passionfruit and guava upfront, followed by crisp crackery malt. Nice fruitiness with assertive carbonation, making for a highly drinkable beer.

Pale yellow, light fruit nose, nice mellow tartness and balanced fruit. Not assertive, but I like the balance here.

Draft - Light Soured passion fruit. Play Yellow witha decent white head. Soured and sweet fruity notes. Not bad, but a bit unfocused and all over the place flavour wise.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color with compact head. Light fruit aroma. The mouthfeel is dry, clean, with moderate acidity, and some tropical fruit component from the guava and passion fruit, also a tangy touch from the Saison yeast.
Bold, refreshing, very good.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light cork, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
