Lacroix Signature Honeycrisp

Loads of apples, honey, and some underlying floral pears. Not sure i like the carbonation as they turned a viscous ice cider into a sparkling cider. It does lighten it, but the viscocity of an iced cider is what i enjoy. Its laking the palate envelopping flavor im used to in the style. Astes great, not a fanf the mouthfeel and carb.

Hazy dull blond color. Very nice aroma, sour apples, apple pie. Moderate sweetness, gentle carbonation, the apple ice cider flavor is somewhere mid of the pack, drinkable but without depth.

Bottle - Cooked and bright green apple. Clear gold no viable bubbles. Carb bite and a creek Apple rich notes. Decent acidity

Just a light amber colour. No head. Slight carbonation. There's a little bit of that brown sugar and apple aroma. Rich deep brown sugar stuff, a fair bit of acidity, really nice.

375ml bottle at Josh's on his 20k party. Pours a clear golden. Aroma is sweet apples with some spices. Taste is the same, a bit sparkling. Good one.
