Cask - Pale malts and caramel. Hazy copper with a rich beige head. Light toffee and a malty sweetness. Light and pretty blasé.

Halfpint (cask) at JDW, The Flying Horse, London Gatwick Airport. Also had a pint in Guernsey. Copper colour, low off-white head. Malty aroma and flavour, medium dry. Nutty notes, a hint of tingling fruit and toffee. Very moderate hops. Smooth to drink.

Clear copper. Dense and persistent beige head and lacing. Subdued aroma, not helped by a conical glass. Taste is good, but equally subdued. A slight hint of sourness. Waterish mouthfeel.

3.6.13 Rate: A cracker from Cornish brewery Sharps. Floral hop aroma. Taste is a perfect balance of fruit and crystal malt. Clean refreshing finish.
10.6.14 update: the aroma seems to have lost its floral nature and is now malt/caramel focussed. Taste is very sweet although there is a slightly sour-bitter finish. Still a good beer but has lost a lot of its lustre.

Cask @ The Crown Rivers, LHR Terminal 5
Pours amber orange with a bubbly head. Aroma of bready malts, some grassy and earthy notes and spices. Taste is smooth, watery and bready malty with some grassy earthiness. Finish is watery and smooth with mild bitterness. Meh.
