Cask. Clear amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, biscuit, hop and a little toasted. Flavour is malt, caramel, biscuit, hop, little toasted, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Cask @ JDW, Edinburgh Airport. Copper colour, thin white head. Sweet malty aroma, flavour is toffee and a slightly woody finish

A red copper ale with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma,sweet caramel malt with light grassy British hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, scotch bit thin. Cask at the Crown Rivers, LHR.

Cask @ Thomas Beckett pub in Canterbury. Typical English bitter. Dry, bready, light hoppy finish. Soft carbonation. Ok.

Pours a clear amber colour with a small off white head. Aroma is malty, some caramel and a little fruit. Moderately sweet taste, mild caramel malt and ripe fruit flavours with a light bitterness in the finish. Oily in the mouth. Average in every way.

Cask handpull. Clear amber color, thick cream colored head with solid lacing. Aroma of lightly toasted caramel. Taste is nutty burnt caramel.

Pint on tap. Interesting nose, like acidic chocolate(?). Red/amber beer with white head. Medium body with light hop taste. Burnt toffee finish.
